- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I sent my assistant to get a Cashiers’ Check. Funds were available in the account and bank refused to issue a Cashiers’ Check. Then my office Manager went to get the Cashiers’ Check and again bank refused to issue the Check. Then I personally went to the bank and the lady (Manager at the bank) refused to issue a Cashiers’ Check or give an explanation in writing stating that she can not give in writing because of legal ramifications for Bank of America.
